It can work with winders or spools of different length up to a maximum of mm. 230 and a maximum diameter of mm. 380.
The material to be winded can have a width of mm. 1 up to mm. 20 and the winding step is changeable by the control panel with steps of mm. 0.1. The winding speed is changeable by the control panel (max. speed 2,5 m/sec.): the linear winding speed is always invariable apart from the diameter.
It can work automatically, winding from loose material, but it can also be coupled directly to the machine which produces the material to be winded: in case of knots, break or end of material, the machine stops automatically.
It is provided with a measurer which arranges a fixed winding length (up to m. 9999), with automatic stop when the wished measure has been reached.
An external light warns when the machine has stopped: in this way only one operator can control more machines functioning at the same time.
It is possible to arrange a device for the lubricant to be used for further workings.
This machine is easy to move, thanks to its rotating wheels with brakes.
