The machine is to be included in the leather processing, avoiding some manual operations in the preparation of strips.
After the strips have been pitched and the adhesive has been applied, the operator must super-pose the two pitched pieces to be coupled and start the machine (operating on the control panel or the pedal); the operations carried out automatically by the machine are:
- positioning of the pieces to be coupled under the pressing device;
- pneumatic pressing with a changeable time from 0.5 up to 5 seconds and with adjustable pressure up to 4.000 N;
- strip transport (37 cm./sec.) with free fall and precise stop, so that the pitched part is in the right position for the following coupling operation.
It is possible to use strips with a width from 20 up to 170 mm. (adjustable by means of the guide), with a minimum length of 90 mm. up to unlimited length.
The conveyor roller is made out of stainless steel, the counter-roller and the work surfaces are in pure PTFE, to avoid the adhesion of the cement; built-in light for the work area; the press is provided with safety device.
The electronic control device ensures the maximum reliability.
