Two-head profile processing machine with adjustable speed, for processing mignons, shaped profiles and leather straps, synthetic materials or fabric previously treated with contact adhesives.
Developed for considerable production rates (4.900 m/h), the machine is provided with:

• two working heads with quick opening of the rolls: oversized shafts and supports and axial and radiai lubricated bearings
• adjustable speed spurious current motor and pedal for min/max control and with automatic electromagnetic brake
• adjustable guide from 3 up to 20 cm. by means of two INOX rolls in any required size on the first head and two smooth INOX rolls (74 mm) on the second head (if required special equipments are available)
• guide-holder support adjustable on 3 axes and easily replaceable
• supports for material and reinforcement feeding

By using special equipments and optional accessories it is possible to manufacture coupled, curled and pleated bands. It is already designed to be connected to a feeding unit which makes its functioning automatic with mignons in synthetic materials, giving a product with invisible junctures.
