Automatic machine for a through-feed skiving of the edges of straps wlth adjustable depth and inclination.
The skiving is carried on with one passage on every edge at a maximum speed of 110 meters/minute; by request and for width above 4 mm. it is possiple to realize a double skiving in one passage.
A measurer memorizes the quantity of material to be skived and stops at the desired quantity.
The switch-board can be positioned according to the operator needs; sensible devices point out the breaking or the end of the strap and stop the machine; a warning light allows to control the work at a distance.
The machine is delivered with a grinder with no usury, which allows a perfect sharpening.
A device, which eliminates statical electricity and an exhauster of great capacity, are built-in.
It is possible to realize fleshing and special shaping with the employment of equipment delivered by request.
