3 strip braiding machine for mignons, leather strips or synthetic materials with width from 3 mm. up to 8 mm (soft materials, as for examples tubulars, up to 20 mm.).
The maximum output fluctuates, according to the width of the material from 70 to 320 m/h and the working speed is changeable by the con­trol panel in order to facilitate the starting and the working with any material (max. speed 10.800 steps/h.).
The machine is equipped with a double haulage plant on the outlet to allow the working of soft materials.
The step is adjustable by means of a hand wheel even when the machine is running, and a winder measures and winds the worked material up. It is also possible to predispose the stop of the machine to the wished quantity.
The material to be worked must be arranged in winders (quickly replaceable) of big capacity (i.e. for mignons of 3 mm., capacity 180 metres); for breaking or end material the stop is automatic and with external indicator which is visible in the distance.
The machine is provided with all the safety devices, with control system and centralized control on a single card for a higher reliability.
Use and maintenance are extremely simplified thanks to an accurate planning of every detail.

Production
