The machine can spool up to 16 strips and is subdivided in two disjoined sides that works contemporaneously and indipendently, allowing to use different spools on each side.
The strips to be spooled can come from the strap cutting machine TAG 287 or from a similar machine.

Main features - BOM 186:

  • possibility to disable a side and to use a number of spools variable from 1 to 8
  • winding step adjustable in continuous from 2,5 to 10 mm.
  • utilization, with proper easy-to-change adapters, of the spools with a diameter up to 240 mm. and a maximum lenght of 240 mm.
  • winding stretch reduced to the minimum and adjustable on the control panel
  • diameter compensator to keep constant the winding stretch when the diameter of the spools change
  • check on the strap breakage and jamming for each spools
  • programmer with presetting of the lenght for each spool, of the total number of the spool to wind, and of the total length
  • print of the labels to apply on each winded spool, with the indication of the progressive number of working and of the winded length
  • print of a verify report of the working, with the indication of the lighting and running times of the machine and with a checking list including: total number of winded spools, total meters and detail of the lengths winded for each spools.
