Automatic winding machine for materials with a width of 1 to 20 mm.
Capable of working with spools or bobbins of variable length up to a maximum of 230 mm and a maximum diameter of 380 mm, or winding hanks with an optional device.
Automatic stop in case of knots, breaks, or end of material.
It can wind from bulk material but can also be directly connected to the machine that produces the material to be wound. In this case, the speed is automatically adjusted without the need for operator intervention.
The control panel is equipped with a multilingual touchscreen display, which allows you to:
- vary the winding speed up to a maximum of 2.5 m/sec: the winding speed remains constant regardless of the bobbin diameter.
- set the winding pitch from 0.8 to 30 mm with increments of 0.1 mm.
- set the number of bobbins, the meters to be wound on each bobbin, and the total meters, with automatic stop when the set values are reached.
- be informed about the machine's status through warning/error messages.
- view detailed usage statistics to facilitate the analysis of production costs.
- check the status of the sensors.
An optional device can be installed to apply the necessary lubricant to the material for subsequent processing.
The swiveling and braked wheels allow easy movement to various points of use.
Use and maintenance are extremely simplified thanks to the careful design of every detail.
