During the preparing of leather in large strips, leather itself
is cutted and then skived and the ends are applied with glue.
Skived edges are then joined to obtain an uninterrupted strip.
The joining area have to be pressed uniformly to assure an optimal
glueling. By doing those operations manually you don't obtain
a fitting result and the time of working is quite long.
