TRU 124 is the electronic unit designed to optimize the transport and measurement of leather or synthetic strips, edges, and tapes with widths from 3 to 30 mm and thicknesses up to 4 mm. The device ensures a precise, automatic, and uninterrupted processing workflow.
Thanks to advanced technology, TRU 124 guarantees a constant and adjustable tension, even at extremely low values (down to 0.2 N), making it perfectly suited for continuous processing machines such as splitting machines, skiving machines, and sewing machines. The system automatically adjusts the transport speed according to the material flow, ensuring uniform tension without requiring any mechanical or electrical connection to the feeding machines.
The intuitive touchscreen interface allows the operator to easily set the pulling tension, adjust the measuring roller pressure, and program the desired working length. The display also provides real-time monitoring of the machine status, warning and error notifications, and detailed production statistics for optimal process management.
TRU 124 is designed to simplify operations to the maximum, reducing operator intervention to only the initial material loading and parameter configuration. The system automatically stops in case of material breakage, depletion, or when the programmed quantity is reached, ensuring a reliable and safe production process.
