The programming, easy and simple, can be performed directly on the machine and enables the user to select:
- kind of cycle (full, pierced and special);
- weft to be selected and relative loading step;
- movements of heddles according to different weaves (cloth, twill, rhomb, zigzag, etc.);
- repeated execution of single parts of coding;
- automatic stop.
It is possible to use 9 different pre-defined programs directly available in the machine; moreover the user can develop up to 90 programs on each memory (removable) expansion with a maximum of 2000 lines of code.
The machine is provided with functions and controls which make loading and processing very easy; a multifunctional display informs about the stage of processing and the current operation, about program data, quantities to be produced and already produced, about stops, processing errors and any possible mulfunction.
The microprocessor system controls if all the operations are carried out correctly and if all electronic, mechanic and pneumatic components are working well: even the smallest irregularity causes a machine stop with a consequent issuing of a related message to help the operator.
By means of a particular colour graphic printer it is possible to obtain drawing patterns without loading the material in the machine, thus allowing program and variant tests.
The creel with direct access to each single reel allows an easy and fast loading and a simple replacing of single weft strips.
