braiding machine for mignons, leather strips and synthetic materials with width from 2,5 mm. up to 7 mm.
The maximum output fluctuates, according to the width of the material, from 45 to 135 m/h and the working speed is changeable by the control panel in order to facilitate the starting and the working with any material (max. speed 9.000 steps/h).
The step is adjustable by means of a hand wheel even when the machine is running.
It is also possible to predispose the stop of the machine to the wished quantity of plaits.
The material to be worked must be arranged in winders (quickly replaceable) of big capacity (i.e. for mignons of 3 mm., capacity 180 metres); for breaking or end material, the stop is automatic and with external indicator which is visible in the distance.
The machines are provided with all the safety devices, with control system and centralized control on a single card for a higher reliability.
Use and maintenance are extremely simplified thanks to an accurate planning of every detail.

To calculate the output per hour, you need to multiply the step of the braid by 9.000 (=step/hour).
