Braiding machine for the production of 8 strands round braid with folded strips or raw cut materials with a width of mm. 3 to mm. 7. Possibility of working with or without central filling / reinforcement core.
The control panel is equipped with a multilingual touchscreen display, with which you can:
- vary the speed up to a maximum of 8.000 steps / hour
- digitally adjust the working step from 2.5 to 30 mm. in increments of only 0.1 mm.
- set the quantity of braid to be produced with automatic stop when the measurement is reached
- get information on the status of the machine with warning / error messages
- view detailed usage statistics to facilitate the analysis of production costs
- check the status of the sensors
- enable or disable audible alerts
The spoolable volume of 834 cm3 allows to load about 230 meters of 3 mm. strips on each spool.
For breakage or end of the material the machine stop is automatic, with luminous and acoustic signaling.
A three-color signaling light column allows remote verification of the machine's operating status.
The machine is equipped with devices to ensure maximum safety of use, with emergency stop when the doors are opened.
Finally, the machine is equipped with a winder for winding the produced braid.
Use and maintenance are extremely simplified thanks to an accurate design of every detail.

Production
To calculate the output per hour, you need to multiply the step of the braid by 8.400 (=step/hour).
