The machine allows to obtain perfect sharpenings on circular knives standard for straps cutting machines, with hole of 40 mm and external diameter of 70 mm (80 maximum).
It is much simple to use and the manual operations are limited to the loading and the unloading of the knife to sharpen: the sharpening cycle comes executed automatically with the stop at the end of the workings.
The digital control of the diameter of sharpening allows to perfectly prepare knives in groups of the same diameter, with the possibility to execute also 20 resharpening before the knives become unusable. That allows to use quality knives, whose cost comes easy amortized with more resharpening.
The possibility to personalize the type of bevel and the use of grinding wheels in synthetic diamond (CBN) allow to prepare knives that resolve cutting problems on difficult materials, with a better quality and greater duration of cut.
The sharpening of the knives on one's own account moreover allows to hold to warehouse the minimal number of knives, in that the times of resharpening are reduced to the minimum (up to 40 knives per hour).
